Hotham Park, Family Coach "Ryan", BLS "Sussex Salopian", 24th March 2018
Hotham Park Miniature Railway's disabled/family coach "Ryan" is unique on a railway of this gauge and was built by Alan Keef in 2008. It is named after a paraplegic boy who cajoled the railway into building it so that he and others with difficulties could enjoy riding on the line with their friends and families. Sadly, he passed away in 2010 but his memory lingers on and enables others like him to enjoy the line. Here, the coach is occupied by members of the Branch Line Society getting in some rare track at the railway's depot during a side trip from the "Sussex Salopian" in Bognor Regis. 14:41½, Saturday 24th March 2018.
