After arriving in Marylebone station with the non-stop run from Birmingham Moor Street, the train ran as 5Z31 "round the houses" to get to Wembley LMD with the stock facing the right way for the return run in the evening. 47773 led the entourage to South Ruislip, the train reversing there and 5043 leading once again. The ECS then ran via Greenford South, Ealing Broadway, Acton Main Line, Acton Canal Wharf, Neasden Junction, Neasden Curve and Neasden South Junction. Passenger trains of any sort are pretty rare on Neasden Curve and steam-hauled ones even rarer, so this had to be done! 5043 "Earl of Mount Edgcumbe" eases the train round the curve, the aggregates terminal tracks in the foreground right. In the left background is the re-modelled Neasden South Junction looking towards Marylebone and beyond that is Neasden LUL station on the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines. 13:29, Saturday 29th October 2011.
