As there are now quite a large number of photos on the site, it is becoming difficult to find newly added shots to established collections, so in future I will add new shots here for a few days before transferring them to their relevant collections. Newly added collections will continue as before - I hope that makes sense!

PNKA No. C31 05, Sidotopo, 27th July 1973
Java. In the fading evening light at Sidotopo depot in Surabja, nature is gradually reclaiming the dumped remains of 0-6-0T No. C31 05. One of a class of twenty engines built by Hartmann in 1898 and 1899, originally for the lines on Madura. This loco had returned to the mainland and it is No. 2439 of 1898. Friday 27th July 1973. Slide No. 11971.
