Tubb's Crossing/Gavray Junction, Bicester, 14th May 2014
What was previously a simple gated public footpath at Tubb's Crossing, Bicester, is now in the course of being replaced by a huge structure to comply with current regulations, involving ramps, stairs, cages, heaven knows what. The local populace is up in arms because the ramps overlook housing and a children's nursery, so even more screens are to be added to the structure. It could possibly be an ideal location for shots of Gavray Junction, trackwork for which is now in place, at the south west end of the chord from the Chiltern main line at Bicester South Junction, if the screens don't ruin the viewpoint.
