East meets West at Hamburg Hauptbahnhof - Deutsche Reichsbahn (East German) rebuilt 01/5 4-6-2 No. 01 0502-3 awaits departure time at 08:48 with train D405, the 09:00 cross-border express from Hamburg to Dresden. It worked this train as far as Schwerin, where the train reversed. The magnificent engine has a few young admirers! Saturday 11th September 1971. Slide No. 7451.
