41321, Uppingham, 13th June 1960
From the Geoff Plumb Collection of original slides. LMS Ivatt 2MT 2-6-2T No. 41321 has worked the 13:15 train from Seaton to Uppingham and has now run round its single coach train before returning to Seaton on Saturday 11th June 1960. This was the final weekend of passenger services over the branch as it closed on Monday 13th June 1960. It remained open for goods for a while longer and occasional school specials and railtours also ran. Photo by D.E. White. Collect Slide No. 29353.
