1368, Weymouth Quay, 23rd May 1960
1366 Class 1F 0-6-0PT (OC) No. 1368 works through the streets of Weymouth on the quay tramway with a train from the docks to the station. Monday 23rd May 1960. The quay branch was originally part of the Weymouth & Portland Joint Railway, owned by the GWR and L&SWR. Latterly, it became part of BR Southern Region with its GWR locos allocated to 71G, Weymouth MPD. Despite the negative number, this is one of my earliest photos, taken on the family Box Brownie camera, on a rather dull day. B&W Neg No. 317.
