BLS Bubble & Squeak Tracker
The end is in sight for Chiltern Railways "Bubblecar" Class 121 units, likely to finish in mid-May with the change of timetable. The Branch Line Society accordingly ran a special tour, the "Bubble & Squeak Tracker", in conjunction with Chiltern, to see them out in style. It also raised several thousand pounds for the associated charities, Railway Children, Bowel Cancer UK and Brake. Once again, I went along to photograph proceedings and the first few shots can be seen here - more to add eventually, as per usual! Additional lineside shots have been provided by Mike Walker and Peter Robins, many thanks to them both!
