As there are now quite a large number of photos on the site, it is becoming difficult to find newly added shots to established collections, so in future I will add new shots here for a few days before transferring them to their relevant collections. Newly added collections will continue as before - I hope that makes sense!

Leave the cursor still for a couple of seconds and the various "tools" disappear until the cursor is moved again. Exit from that screen back to this screen via the "X" in the top right.
NCB 0-6-0ST No. 44, Earsdon Sidings, Backworth, March 1969
British Industrial Systems. NCB 0-6-0ST (OC) No. 44 (RSH No. 7760 of 1953) sits with a rake of wagons at Earsdon Sidings, between Eccles Colliery and Fenwick Colliery, just on the Fenwick side of the flat-crossing over the BR Blyth & Tyne line at Earsdon, where BR engines would also be seen picking up rakes of wagons.
