Photos taken on former Great Western Railway lines, apart from those which have their own designated collections (such as the Cambrian Coast Lines), from the last of steam days to the present - a lot more photos yet to add, as per usual!
"Western" Class 52 C-C diesel hydraulic No. D1018 "Western Buccaneer" sits outside Swindon Works alongside classmate D1013 "Western Ranger" (now preserved), both carrying BR Maroon livery. Also in maroon livery in the background is LMS Stanier "Coronation" class 4-6-2 No. 46251 "City of Nottingham" which was visiting with an RCTS railtour from Nottingham.
